Phil and his team are fantastic! We had been looking for a dining table with longevity, unique character, and quality craftsmanship and we certainly found that in Phil’s creation. He was extremely helpful as we decided on what size, style, and finish we wanted, very attentive to emails, and his colleagues arrived on time and called just before arrival. They were professional, knowledgeable, and set the table up quickly. We couldn’t be happier with how the table and bench turned out. It fits our space perfectly, the bench nests right under the table, so it doesn’t take up more floor space than it needs to, the wood is dense and sturdy, and the subtle tapering of the legs gives it some elegance. We’re still not over how the stain takes to the grain. It’s so unusual and pronounced. We certainly wouldn’t have found this kind of craftsmanship, style, or customer service at Crate & Barrel or comparable store.
