Return and Refund Policy

At Emmor Works, your satisfaction is our number one priority.

All of our items are custom made to order and are built to your specifications. Production begins immediately upon receiving your 50% non refundable deposit. Therefore, no refunds or cancellations can be provided after your order is placed.

We always initiate our signature 3 step process to ensure your order is free of defects before it leaves our workshop. However, we encourage you to always inspect your delivery upon arrival or pickup.

In the unlikely event an item has been damaged before you take ownership and it was delivered by our team, please notify them immediately. If an alternate delivery option was used, please call us immediately at 609-388-8208 for assistance.

If the damage cannot be remediated on-site, we’ll make arrangements to return the item to our workshop to be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Warranty Policy

Every order at Emmor Works is custom made by hand, so your furniture will always be one-of-a-kind. Each piece comes with a unique grain pattern, arrangement of knots and knot holes, and has a different reaction while being stained. These natural variations are what make your furniture beautiful and distinctive.
Emmor Works offers a warranty covering defects in workmanship, materials, and construction of our furniture for a period of 12 months from delivery (extended warranty available ask for details). If a defect is found during that period, we will either repair or replace the defective item. The final decision is at the discretion of Emmor Works

Issues covered under our warranty may include:

  • Warping
  • Splitting
  • Splintering

Keep in mind, Emmor Works is not responsible for normal wear-and-tear coming from the use of your furniture. These include: stains, blemishes, small marks, dents, scratches, and hairline cracks. Don’t worry—these are normal for hardwood and will add personality and character to your furniture.

Our warranty is not transferable to another owner.
