Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be refunded less a 25% restocking and delivery fees.

All custom orders begin production immediately upon the orders deposit and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed. Any orders a cancelled/returned after being completed or upon delivery date that are returned will be refunded less a 25% restocking and delivery fees.

Should you decide to cancel a return and keep the item after a refund was issued, we reserve the right to charge your credit card in the amount of the refund issued.

Emmor Works offers a warranty covering defects in workmanship, materials, and construction of our furniture for a period of 12 months from delivery. If a defect is found during that period, we will either repair or replace the defective item.  The final decisions is at the discretion of  Emmor Works.

Our warranty is valid only where the customer maintains a humidity level in the range of 35%-45% and a constant room temperature -no extreme temperature fluctuations nor can the furniture be used in a manner it was not intended to be used.  Within that range, and especially outside of that range, the splitting of wood should not be considered a defect, but rather appreciated as an inherent characteristic of solid wood.  Nevertheless, this warranty will cover splitting of wood that occurs within  12 months and within the specified humidity range.

Our warranty is not transferable to another owner.

Small marks, dents, and scratches are normal for hardwood and will occur over the lifetime of your furniture, perhaps including the time of shipping and delivery. Our goal is that you receive your furniture in perfect condition and we take responsibility for all damage that may occur while it is in our possession. At our discretion, we may perform touch up or make repairs ourselves or send the furniture to our builders/finishers for the work. In some cases, we may seek to negotiate a discounted price for an item with minor imperfection.

Non-Warranty Repairs:

Damage was done to the furniture after delivery is the responsibility of the customer. We will do what we can to help you with minor repairs, touch up, etc. for free or a nominal charge depending on the issue. On rare occasions, we may send items back to the builder for repair. Shipping and repair charges will apply in these cases. Emmor Works is not responsible for and will not make repairs on furniture not originating from our factory/store.
